We offer assistance with implant planning and surgical guides for our clients. We work together with our dentists. We design the restoration then provide an initial implant plan based on the optimal prosthetic position. We forward that implant plan to the dentist for input and final written approval.
We can assist with planning cases for most implant manufacturers.
Once approved, the guide is printed onsite, sleeves cemented, polished and shipped. We would appreciate at least 2 weeks to facilitate, however, if a rush case is required, please let us know and this can generally be done.
To facilitate a plan we require three things:
1. Completed Checklist for Implant Planning
2. CBCT exported in a .dcm format, zipped
3. STL files of the upper and lower arch (intraoral scans)
Once all have been gathered, send the intraoral scans via the scanner portal associated with that scanner, to the lab. Upload the .dcm files and Checklist to wetransfer.com to the email [email protected].
