Exciting news!! Our Lab Chat feature is now even better!!

We created Lab Chat to allow dental teams to ask us questions or check intraoral scans chairside. No need to take off your gloves and mask and grab the phone in your office or admin are. We are here to make your life easier.

We have launched a new version of Lab Chat that allows you to not only speak with a technician or digital specialist but also inquire about the status of your case. All you need is the case number and the patients first and last initial.

Example: Lab Chat will still be accessed on either the www.schelldental.ca website or www.nutooth.ca website.

Click to launch a chat. You can immediately launch a request for case status by clicking

“ Case Status”

Enter case number and patients first and last initial.

Case Status will appear. If you choose, you can inquire about this case by clicking Chat

Chat here, enter your details and someone will come on the line

The name of the person you are chatting with will appear at the top of the page, for future reference

Staff will assist you with that case, if a case is not chosen, feel free to ask us to check a scan or a questions for the technicians.
