Custom Shade Appointments
Head to our website and click on BOOK YOUR SHADE APPT., follow the prompts and schedule your custom shade appointments for your patient or direct them to book the appointment themselves. It is quick and easy. Once the appointment is reserved, a confirmation email and map will be sent to the patient along with a 24 hour notification email. REMEMBER: Book the shade appointment as early as possible so that it does not hold up production, but NO EARLIER than 24 hours AFTER the patient prep date.
Online Portal
As of September 1, all lab cases will be scheduled online via our web portal. There are many benefits such as : following your case through production, scheduling a pick up, printing invoices and supplying us with the correct spelling of your patients name12 All user names and passwords were sent out previously, however, if you require your information to be re-sent, please email us at info@schelldental.ca or call Tania at the lab.
Dental Team and Technology Study Club
Our Monthly DT & T Events have been a huge success. Our events have been held at Sandhill Winery and the Kelowna Yacht Club with subjects ranging from Information on Global CAD CAM Technology to Facebook Ad Promotion. It is a Study Club focused on engaging all members of a dental team from administrators to dentists with a focus on learning about new technology in dentistry as it changes so quickly. Intraoral Scanner Training MONTHLY
Each month on a Friday afternoon, we offer no charge Intraoral Scanner training at the lab for a maximum of 6 people. At the end of a 4 hour training session, the attendee will have the ability to scan with an IOS upper, lower and a bite. The benefits of the events are the ability for dental team and dentists to use an IOS and decide if digital impressions are right for them.
