If you have been on our Schell Dental Website you may have noticed a Chat feature on the lower right side of the screen.
This feature allows you to connect immediately with all of our dental experts while your patient may still be in the chair or at the front desk.
Once you open the Lab Chat window, you will be asked to enter your name and email. This allows us to see who is online immediately and every time you use Lab Chat.
Lab Chat is used for quick communication between the lab and the dental team when an intraoral scan has been sent to the lab and the dental office has questions prior to releasing the patient. PDF’s can also be sent via lab chat, if needed.
Feel free to contact our dental lab technicians via lab chat as well. The Lab Chats pop up on their cellular phones and allow for quick answers and file transfers such as photos and screen shots to be analysed quickly and easily.
